The Metal Workshop was established in 1994 to meet a growing demand for individual steelwork both artistic and ornamental.

We work mainly in Mild Steel employing traditional techniques with an added flair for the artistic. Indeed we even create bespoke sculptures to the customers own requirements

We often work to commissions, which combine both the artistic and functional. Maybe a table lamp with a bird, or a butterfly as a window catch.

From conception to completion, we, at The Metal Workshop, aim to maintain our focus on working to high standards and delivering original work. The result is - excellent Customer satisfaction.

The Metal Workshop Creative Steelwork range includes indoor/outdoor sculptures from 5” high to 6’6”, often representing a pose or capturing a moment in the life of the subject, aiming to convey a feeling of movement.

Bespoke Steelwork for your home or garden, personalised front door knockers, weathervanes, handrails etc Ornamental items, window and door furniture, candlesticks and candelabra curtain rails with personalised finials and lamps (perhaps incorporating a sculpture).
